How fast can you get here?

For emergencies, we aim to be with you the same day. Most of our work is around Hull, Beverley and Cottingham so we're never far away. Call us and we'll give you a realistic time.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. We take a 50% deposit by secure card payment when you book. This holds your slot. If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice, you get a full refund.

What areas do you cover?

Hull and the surrounding area: Beverley, Cottingham, Hessle, Anlaby, Brough, Hedon, North Ferriby, Hornsea, Bridlington, Driffield and Goole. Postcodes HU1 to HU18, YO15, YO25 and DN14.

Do you do boiler or gas work?

No. We're not Gas Safe registered so we don't touch boilers, gas pipes or gas appliances. If you smell gas, call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 straight away.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel with more than 24 hours notice and you get your deposit back in full. Less than 24 hours and the deposit is kept. That's because we've turned away other work to hold your slot.
